2026 Annual Education Conference Speaker Resource Center
Thank you for speaking at the 2026 NALP Annual Education Conference taking place April 14-17, 2026 at the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL!
In order to ensure that your program runs as smoothly as possible, please read the guidelines below and submit the necessary response forms by the deadlines indicated. If you have any questions, please contact Meaghan Hagner at mhagner@nalp.org or 202-835-1001.
Please note the following deadlines:

| November 7 | Final session description text for conference brochure due Speaker Agreement Form due: |
| December 3 | Speaker biographies & headshots due for the registration site. If you have changes to make or additional speaker bios to send, please do so by the deadline. |
| March 20 | Written materials (handouts) due for the conference app. Handouts are mandatory for all sessions. Please see the Handout Guidelines if you have questions. An optional NALP PowerPoint template is available here. |
IMPORTANT: please bring your presentation with you on a flash drive to Hollywood! We will have laptops in the session room for your use.
