After several months of focused planning, at their meeting before the Boston Annual Education Conference in April of 2024 NALP’s Board of Directors adopted a new strategic plan for the association, one that affirms NALP's core purpose of educating, connecting, and developing experts who impact and advance legal careers. The plan's goals and objectives are focused on industry leadership, empowering experts, equal access, and preparing tomorrow’s leaders.
