Professional Development Institute (PDI)
The Professional Development Institute is NALP’s conference focused on Lawyer Development. In 2026 PDI will be December 3-4 at the Conrad Washington, DC. Check back here is September/October for the current prospectus. In the meantime, here is last year’s prospectus.

- 2028: November 30-December 1
Entry Level and Lateral Recruiting Summit
Typically occurring back to back in NYC in January focus on the recruiting process. The Entry Level Summit focusing on the recruiting process of first year associates, while the Lateral Summit focuses on Partner and Associate recruiting.
